Mission of the role:
In this role, you will provide efficient support the Executive Director Innovation in the execution and achievement of his tasks primarily in area of agenda management and email communications.
The successful candidate will frequently interact with high level internal and external contacts and assistant the Executive Director in the daily management of the Innovation team.

For the Executive Director, you will:
- Independently manage his agenda and efficiently co-ordinate the arrangement of meetings, travel, etc.
- Sort emails, answers questions within the framework of certain instructions; transfer more complex issues to the appropriate persons in absence of the Executive Director
- Organize and manage all logistical elements related to international/internal/external meetings, presentations, seminars, events, visits….
- Provide general administrative support within broad guidelines (e.g. making presentations, translating letters and documents).
- Manage the Extranet/Website.
- Perform basic accounting tasks of specific budgets
- Provide support with HR-related issues including onboarding new team members.
- Ensure the administrative interlink with the other departments.

The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who demonstrates the following experience and competencies:
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably as an assistant at senior management level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in IT, web management and social media skills
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work accordingly
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Understanding of underlying issues and proactively developing and evaluating solutions
