Assistant Project Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of required documentation;
- Communication with members (e.g. participants, cancellations, reserve lists);
- Correspondence with participants (e.g. logistics, seminar materials, reimbursements);
- Communication with host institutions (e.g. logistics, procedures);
- Correspondence with experts (e.g. invitation, expert contracts, logistics, seminar; materials, coordination of their communication);
- Communication with service providers;
- Attending and supervising seminars on behalf of the company;
- Holding short presentations about the company activities;
- Preparation of statistics;
- Providing follow-up to participants;
- Preparing reimbursement tables;
- Contribution to various draft documents;
- Sub-working group meetings;
- service providers, finance unit;
- External representation of the company and cooperation with partners
Profiel
The profile of the ideal candidate:
Education:
- University degree (Master's degree or equivalent).
Work Experience:
- Experience in project management is preferable but not mandatory
- Understands and can act within a regulated environment (e.g. public, governmental organisations, EU-bodies).
Languages:
- Fluent English and French.
Competencies:
