FR/NL Administrative Coordinator - M/F/X - Brussels
Functieomschrijving
As an FR/NL Administrative Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Handle daily tasks such as managing mail and coordinating with third-party vendors
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle incoming phone calls
- Prepare presentation documents and process invoices accurately
- Organize and update files, follow-up on documents and ensure all procedures are adhered to
- Assist in the organization of meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place
Profiel
As an FR/NL Administrative Coordinator, you have the following profile:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive mindset
- Ability to take initiative while collaborating effectively with team members
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Fluency in Dutch and French is required. Proficiency in English is also mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with SAP is an advantage but not mandatory
