Role responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and manage software solutions that enhance team collaboration and project management.
• Provide consultancy and training to teams on how to maximize their productivity using these tools.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to tailor solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Stay updated with the latest in software solutions for team collaboration and project management.

Who you are

• Experienced with collaboration and project management tools (Atlassian products knowledge like Jira & Confluence is a bonus, but not a requirement).
• A problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting and finding effective solutions.
• Excellent at communicating complex ideas in simple terms.
• Fluent in Dutch (English and/or French are a bonus).
• A lifelong learner who is always looking to improve and grow.
• Someone who enjoys working in a team and helping everyone get better together.
