Quality Control Manager - Aviation/Assembly Industry
Functieomschrijving
- Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across quality control, production, and warehouse departments.
- Develop and implement quality control strategies and procedures aligned with company goals and industry standards.
- Oversee day-to-day Quality Control Operations and monitor performance metrics, including supplier claims and customer complaints.
- Manage the inspection of incoming materials and monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to improve product quality and handle escalations effectively.
- Represent the quality department in internal and external audits, ensuring all quality measures are met.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Quality Control team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews, develop training plans, and mentor staff on industry best practices and standards.
Profiel
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality Control Manager role within an assembly industry.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (any other language is an asset)
