Part time Host/Hostess for a Leading Bank in Brussels

Are you a friendly, professional, and multilingual individual looking for a part-time opportunity in the heart of Brussels? We are seeking an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at a prestigious European bank. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome to our guests and VIP visitors, delivering an exceptional hospitality experience comparable to a five-star hotel. Your key responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests and VIP visitors in English, Dutch, and French
• Provide an outstanding welcome experience, ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for
• Maintain a professional and tidy reception area
• Wear a classy uniform and present a professional appearance
• Walk around the lobby proactively engaging with visitors throughout the day

One week you will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 12pm and the following week from 12pm to 4pm. As this is a dynamic job where you actively welcome visitors and walk around and stand upright in the lobby throughout the day, physical fitness is key.

We are looking for a new colleague with a passion for hospitality who has the following competencies:

• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is essential
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Friendly, open attitude with a constant smile
• As this is a dynamic job where you actively welcome visitors and walk around and stand upright in the lobby throughout the day, physical fitness is key
• Available to take on the job during the month of September 2024
• No administrative or computer skills are required
