- Communicating in a professional manner with suppliers, buyers and internal stakeholders
- Keeping track of additional spare parts so the quality control team can continue to function
- Providing general administrative support with mails, telephones and scheduling.
- Accepting shipments and updating the SAP lists.
- Sporadically assist with moving small medical equipment to specific loading area’s.
- Deliver updates regarding shipments or deliveries to the quality control team.
- Keep regular inventory of all the spare parts used in life saving technology such as pacemakers, defibrillators and heart monitors!
Profiel
In order to be the ideal candidate for this position, you must possess:
- An excellent grasp over the English language, bonus points for other European languages
- At least some prior experience or knowledge of SAP.
- Not shy to physically assist where needed (carefully move spare materials, store equipment…)
