Office Manager

The Office Manager will assist the team with the following tasks:
- Financial Support: Prepare outgoing invoices, process incoming and outgoing invoices, and manage payments.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administration and office maintenance, including managing incoming calls, ordering office supplies and equipment, updating memberships, etc. Ensure efficient management of IT, logistics, and facilities. Ensure compliance with Belgian administrative requirements.
- Personal Assistance to the Director-General: Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, provide support in workflow management and statutory procedures, arrange travel, format documents, and assist with various other tasks.
Profiel
The desired candidate should have:
- Administrative/financial experience within a European organization by preference
- Experience in office management is a plus
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and French; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Cooperative spirit, multitasking skills, sense of initiative and autonomy, eye to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Willingness to contribute flexibly to a small yet dynamic team
