The company based in Brussels, is looking for an Office & Event Manager, who will be in charge of the following tasks:
- As integral part of a diverse, agile team you will be our asociation´s face to our members and our stakeholders as well as a close support to the Director General, responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations and processes (including admin, filing, ICT, HR, supplies´ & third-party-management)
- Collaborate closely with the entire team and our members
- identify issues, contribute ideas/follow-up actions/solutions
- reception of guests and regular exchange with all internal and external stakeholders
Profiel
What you bring along:
- An academic or equivalent general education would be welcome, as well as a first administrative and event management or communication/public affairs´ experience,
- Sound command of all standard IT and virtual meeting applications; social media competence is a plus
- Fluency in English and either French or Dutch language
- A very well- structured mindset, accompanied by a customer oriented approach and stress resilience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to learn and to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
