  • Create business development opportunities.
  • Build new and work on existing relationships by planning, managing and giving information sessions and individual sales meetings. Be the first contact person for questions coming in.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospective clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to inform potential clients of the value and opportunities Great Place To Work® offers.
  • Translate clients’ needs into customised proposals, incl. (if possible) pre- and post-trajectories (e.g., customised workshops), by assessing how we can partner with them to help them grow their business.
  • Manage all sales activities in our CRM platform and follow up on sales and campaign processes.
  • Secure annual and multi-annual contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, product and customer success to help secure business.

  • You
    • Are energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and have a growth mindset.
    • Love building a great brand and get energized from reaching targets as a team.
    • Are passionate about sales, networking & building strong relationships.
    • Have organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across simultaneous projects.
    • Have strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English. French is a plus.
    • Have a clear and genuine communication style and have excellent listening skills.
    • You are a strong believer of the importance of company culture and show interest in the topic of HR.
    • Like working in a team and being flexible to help team members wherever necessary.
    • Are flexible to visit clients on their premises.
    • Can work on a campus of your choice (Ghent, Brussels or Leuven) in combination with your home office.
