- Create business development opportunities.
- Build new and work on existing relationships by planning, managing and giving information sessions and individual sales meetings. Be the first contact person for questions coming in.
- Conduct market research to identify new prospective clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to inform potential clients of the value and opportunities Great Place To Work® offers.
- Translate clients’ needs into customised proposals, incl. (if possible) pre- and post-trajectories (e.g., customised workshops), by assessing how we can partner with them to help them grow their business.
- Manage all sales activities in our CRM platform and follow up on sales and campaign processes.
- Secure annual and multi-annual contracts.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, product and customer success to help secure business.
