You will have a versatile role and ensure that everything runs smoothly for visitors: As an integral part of the Workplace Services team, Day Porter ensures a 5-star employee and customer experience every day throughout the entire office. Reporting to the TFM Account Manager, they will support the Snacks & Refreshments program, support in-house events and hospitality, as well as ensure overall tidiness throughout the office. This position requires good team player capabilities, a high level of service orientation, time management, and organizational skills.
SNACK & REFRESHMENT PROGRAM - Ensure a neat and well-maintained Snacks & Refreshments program.
- Prepare food (e.g., cutting fruits and vegetables) according to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Keep the fridge clean, check expiration dates, and remove outdated items.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting issues to the WPS Manager.
- Restock glassware, crockery, and cutlery as needed.
- Manage snack and refreshment stock, receive deliveries, and maintain an organized storage area.
- Monitor consumption and collect feedback to meet employee preferences.
- Coordinate catering, including preparation, serving, and cleanup.
OFFICE SERVICES - Manage and replenish stock of office supplies and hygiene products.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the office looks presentable during business hours.
- Collaborate with the cleaning team to handle waste disposal according to local regulations.
- Keep the printing area and back-office spaces organized and well-stocked.
- Regularly inspect and restock first-aid kits.
- Ensure compliance with the Clean Desk Policy.
MEETING ROOMS - Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary amenities.
- Prepare client-facing rooms, including furniture arrangements and catering setup.
- Check AV equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain whiteboards and ensure writing tools are functional and neatly arranged.
COOPERATION & COMMUNICATION - Communicate daily with the WPS team to ensure smooth operations.
- Report service issues, complaints, or risks to the TFM Account Manager and WPS Manager.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors as required.
The schedule is subject to change but provided from 7:30am - 4:00pm with a 60 min break ( 37,5 hours / week )
