Our client, a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, is a global biotechnology company bringing the innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. With this, the company makes a daily difference in the lives of many patients suffering from cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

They are currently in a phase of strong growth and are looking for motivated and dedicated team members.

What can you expect from this job?

• You are responsible for control and maintenance of medical equipment.


• You ensure accurate cleaning and disinfection of materials, including autoclaving (= cleaning via steam).


• You ensure that materials are replenished on time.


• You are responsible for the packing and sealing of materials.

For our client, active in biotechnology, with a new revolutionary cure for blood cancer, we are looking for support employees in the lab. 

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have a minimum of a highschool degree and max. a bachelor's degree (the direction followed does not matter).


• You can work very accurately and you are willing to work in an aseptic environment with sterile clothing.


• You speak English very well; knowledge of Dutch is not a requirement.


• You can work in a rotating shift system: you work 4 days and then you are home 4 days. The different shifts are 6h-16h, 8h-18h, 10h-20h, 12h-22h and 14h-24h. Due to the rotation, you work an average of 50% on weekends.
