Customer Service Officer

Your duties as a customer service officer will include:
* You'll respond to incoming phone calls and mails;
* You'll gather the necessary information and check it's accuracy and completeness;
* You'll provide the needed technical support and communicate with the workshops;
* You'll update all the involved parties;
* You'll monitor the agreements;
* You'll follow the contract-related issues up and respect the imposed deadlines.
Profiel
* Preferably you have gained a first experience in customer service;
* You are fluent in English and in one of the following other languages: Dutch / German / French / Italian;
* You can easily work with the computer, especially with MS Office;
* You're a social person with strong communication skills;
* You have attention to detail and are stress-resistant;
* You work organised and have great organizational and time management skills;
* If you speak Dutch and English you'll be working the dayshift from Monday until Friday (being flexible to work on a Saturday in busy periods);
* If you speak German and English you'll be working the dayshift from Monday until Friday (being flexible to work on a Saturday in busy periods);
* If you speak French and English you'll be working Saturday and Sunday (8am - 9pm) and one weekday (9am - 5h30pm);
* If you speak Italian, Dutch and English you'll be working 3 nightshifts per week.
