Bright Plus International Talents is looking for a Program Coordinator. This position manages the coordination of all materials preparation and logistical matters for on-site and off-site programmes (both open enrollment and custom) to assure programme quality and completion. Because of the high responsibility and the nature of this job, this position is considered a management and trust position. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED General:
- Taking the final responsibility for the administration of programmes and appears as such towards the outside.
- Ensuring the proper and timely preparation, delivery, and necessary follow-up of and for appropriate programme materials and supplies; including assembly for one-on-one feedback.
- Coordinating all public and custom programme logistics on and off-site; to include hotel arrangements and meals, set-up and break-down of meeting rooms, scheduling of special events and client activities and coaching sessions and final evaluation.
- Assisting participants with any special needs before, during and after the programme. Being the principal day-to-day contact to meet the individual needs of programme participants.
- Managing all personnel involved in the programme to ensure cohesive coming together of the team to deliver a quality programme.
- Serving as principal contact for programme participants.
- Working with testing coordinator to ensure all test packets are complete for programmes.
- Communicating with coaching consultant staff relating to programmes, which includes highly confidential information.
- Making peer and staff feedback assignments for programmes using discretion and professional judgment
Profiel
High school degree or equivalent with advanced administrative assistant, IT support, or other relevant training. Bachelor degree preferred. • Bilingual in English and an other EU language • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office. • Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and proofreading skills. • Ability to use professional judgment during decision-making circumstances. • Takes initiative and seeks information. • Continuously drives for improvement in the processes and systems. • Strong communication skills, both by phone, written, and face-to-face. • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. • Ability to prioritize and complete requests from various program-related staff members with minimal supervision. • Effective interpersonal skills for group and multi-level organizational interaction. • Strong skills in dealing with discretionary and confidential information. • Ability to work under pressure. • Strong detail orientation necessary. • Ability to interact and function effectively in team environment. • Physical Demands – must be able to lift boxes up to 20 kg. • Previous multicultural working experience is a plus. • Travel is required.
