As subcontractor in the metal industry, Connect Group offers excellent service to our clients. In our CWS plants we assemble cables and cable harnesses. In our EMS locations we assemble PCBs. Next to this, we also do module building. Connect Group is present in 9 countries around the globe. We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative All-Round Assistant to join Connect Group at our office in Kampenhout. This role is important in providing comprehensive support to our operations across our 2 Belgian offices. You thrive on a diverse work package, and enjoy working with many different stake holders. Your key responsibilities are: · Reception & admin duties:
- Answer and manage phone calls for our Belgian offices.
- Greet and assist visitors at our Kampenhout office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Provide administrative assistance for local facilities, including but not limited to ordering office supplies and beverages.
- Manage several mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and organization.
- Invoicing & planning:
- Handle the invoicing process from A to Z for designated clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist the planning department with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- HR support:
- Provide general support to the HR department, assisting with administrative tasks related to personnel management & recruitment.
- Book business trips, coordinating travel logistics and accommodations as needed.
What will you bring?
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with invoicing software.
- A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
