Job Purpose : The Marketing Officer is passionate about marketing and communication, both internal and external. He/she will play a key role in multiple operational and strategic MarCom activities, on a global and a regional scale. He/she will also assist in the market and business development of the new Q-Control product range of the company.
1-Design and implement the annual marketing plan :
- Design the marketing roadmap in collaboration with management (strategic)
- Execute the roadmap at operational level and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
- Monitor marketing costs versus budget
2-Digital marketing :
- Manage & update website via CMS
- Create Visual content for Social Media
- SEO management
- Maintain global customers database
- Set-up e-mailing campaigns
- Set up lead acquisition funnel and marketing automation
3-Design marketing material :
- Brochures & leaflets
- Visuals & Banners
- PowerPoint presentations
- Movies & animations
- White papers
4-Organize & manage events :
- Exhibitions
- Seminars & Webinars
- Global agents meeting
- Organize & Plan roadshow trucks
5-Corporate branding :
- Ensure graphical guidelines are applied
- Develop company message, and re-enforce corporate identity
- Assist in the creation of corporate identity chart
6-Analyse and report :
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.
