Communication officer - Agency - Vlaams Brabant (M/F/X)

As Communication Officer, you will :
- You act as the main on-site liaison between the client and our agency, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
- You are responsible from conception to final production. You oversee each step of the production process to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- You propose creative and strategic solutions. Your goal is to ensure optimal communication for our clients.
- You monitor the entire production process, providing constructive feedback to the prepress agency to improve the folders. You ensure that each project meets the client's expectations and our agency's standards.
- You ensure the proper application of our clients' graphic guidelines across all communication materials, guaranteeing visual consistency and a strong brand image.
Profil
The successful Communication Officer has the following profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Perfect knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
