The client, a leading international tech company based in the Flemish Brabant region, is seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist. This temporary role is to cover a period of at least six months due to a long-term sick leave. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a cutting-edge industry.

As the new temporary Marketing Automation Specialist your responsibilities will be:
- Implement, optimize, and manage automated marketing programs and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments for improved engagement and conversion.
- Integrate marketing automation tools with CRM systems to enhance data flow, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Oversee the daily operation, administration, and maintenance of the marketing automation tool (Pardot).
- Generate and analyze reports on program metrics to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and document processes for best practices in marketing automation.
Profil
As the Marketing Automation Specialist you have the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot preferred), and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical abilities to convert data into meaningful tactics.
- Ability to self-motivate, work independently, manage projects, and understand the EMEA market.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other key EMEA languages is an advantage.
