Corporate communications, messaging and brand identity
- Launch and/or reinvigorate corporate materials such as the annual report, services guide and other corporate brochures, presentations, templates etc.: define the content/structure/objectives of the product, implement a dissemination plan and coordinate with external suppliers when needed (copywriter, graphic designer, translators etc.)
- Regular review and update of corporate messages across all materials (vision, mission, values, governance, services & products, official figures such as membership figures and number of offices, governance etc)
- Ensure visibility on different touchpoints at events: brochures & content publications on stand/ in sessions, signage etc.
- Communication around Annual Reception and General Assembly: invitations, materials, corporate gifts, banners etc.
- Membership comms: Develop and update communications materials to attract, onboard and retain members
Employee communications
- Lead the overall development and execution of the internal communications strategy
- Develop & deliver communication projects and content / change initiatives (e.g. new strategy) to all employees globally
- Organisation of physical, digital & hybrid events to create networking, engagement & knowledge sharing moments for employees across the organisation
- Manage content on all internal comms channels (Intranet, Teams, on-site in offices)
- Develop onboarding procedure with HR and other department representations
