RESPONSIBILITIES
The person will have the following responsibilities
Marketing:
- Contributes to competitive analysis for trainings/events
- Trainers Pool management
- Contributes to placing and monitoring the pricing and promotion strategies
- Fiches (together with Sn Manager)
- Manages the discounts and vouchers (for what?)
- Supports on the Product Positioning for new services;, aAudit and assessments
Pricing
- Preparation of brochures
- Marketing Plan for each product
- Launches campaigns
- Collaborates with other departments for the bundled offers
- Contributes to Reports
- Performance reports of Academy Deliverables
- Sales Funnel Management and Reporting
- Figures and analysis of the participants and training programmes
- Communication
Website
- Contributes to Editing and posting upcoming training programmes
- Contributes to Keeping updated with the latest web version
- Is the first contact for the inquires and assigns to other colleagues when needed
Social Media
- Keeps updated the social media planning
- Retweets messages when needed depending on strategy
- Sets up Social media strategy for Academy
- Insures the production of he banners for newsletter
Flexmail
- Prepares drafts for flexmail campaigns
- drafts reports and analysis flexmail campaigns
Academy Material
- Follows up of production of Training and Peer Review Brochure/portfolio (creation, production with external support etc)
- Follows up of production of Training Calendar
- Follows up of production of Webinar Calendar
Events
- Collaborates on Promotion plan for the other events/meetings
Profil
- A marketing degree and/or experience in marketing preferably in services
- Excellent written and spoken English, other languages are an asset
- Happy to give support to a dynamic and creative team
- Very well-organized, multi-tasking abilities, flexibility in tasks, rigorous
- IT literate, Hands-on experience with MS Office, at ease with CRM tools (Efficy ? ), social media, video tools etc
- Quick learner
- Sense of initiative, problems solving attitude
- Integrity and professionalism
