The Belgian Society of Paediatric Haematology and Oncology (BSPHO) is looking for an enthusiastic,
Dutch-speaking professional for a versatile administrative role. This position is part of the expansion of the BSPHO secretariat and involves a mix of administrative, financial, and communication responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the CEO in a dynamic and impactful environment, contributing to improving childhood cancer care in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities - General administrative support:
- Managing emails, calls, timesheets, standard templates, etc
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and managing RIZIV accreditation
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading documents (reports, presentations, contracts, etc.)
- Maintaining and organizing digital and physical files
- Managing BSPHO membership (directory, membership invoices, etc.)
- Supporting team members with various administrative needs
- Financial & HR Support:
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Supporting budget tracking and assisting in the preparation of financial reports
- Assisting with HR documentation
- Communication tasks:
- Manage website content and access
- Create content for BSPHO’s various materials (website, newsletters, social media...) tailored to our members, donors, and the general public
- Assisting in event planning and logistics
