Job description
- Provide top-notch customer service by effectively managing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Track and report on customer interactions to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Manage customer accounts efficiently, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing daily tasks.
Profile
- A strong educational background, or 3 years of relevant experience within Customer Service functions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal. Dutch is a plus.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to its success.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
