Sales Consultant

Job description

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help companies transform how they recruit. From your first meeting to closing the deal, you’ll guide companies in Belgium and beyond to recruitment success and will drive the growth of our recruitment software Talentfinder and our recruitment campaigns Talentboost.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, helping them see the value of our tools and services.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead to deal.
  • Deliver engaging demos and presentations that make Talentfinder shine.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team for lead generation and with your customer success colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding and follow up.
  • You will actively look for and advise about cross- and upselling opportunities (recruitment services, custom jobsites, job advertisements, …), positioning yourself strongly as a recruitment expert.

Who you will work with:

You will work closely with the whole Talentfinder team: your sales colleagues, the customer support team and our (tele)marketeers. You can always count on the support and guidance of Jeroen, your business unit manager, and the advice and mentorship of Stephanie, our senior support and technical lead.

Profile

  • A proactive attitude and natural talent for connecting with people.
  • An appetite for learning everything about recruitment and software.
  • Experience in sales or account management? Great! If not, show us your drive and we’ll train you.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French and a solid handle on English.
