Job description
As a Customer Service Manager (m/f/x), your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service Activities:
- handling requests from new and existing customers.
- Set-up Activities:
- processing incoming application forms ;
- processing customs forms ;
- checking documents and following up on missing information ;
- creating customer files in our system and keeping existing customer files up to date (+ filing).
- Regular Controls via Control Reports:
- performing weekly and daily checks.
- Overdue follow-ups.

The required qualifications for the Customer Service Manager (m/f/x) position are :
- You are fluent in Italian and English ;
- You have at least a bachelor's degree ;
