Job description
- Order processing: Receiving, verifying, and inputting customer orders.
- Order tracking and fulfillment: Monitoring order status and coordinating timely deliveries.
- Inventory management: Ensuring product availability and accurate stock records.
- Customer communication: Handling inquiries, updates, and complaints.
- Documentation and reporting: Keeping records and preparing performance reports.
- Coordinating with internal teams: Collaborating with sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensuring adherence to policies and identifying risks.
Profile
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking abilities
- Bilingual in Dutch and French
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused
- Proficient in order management systems and related software
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive in handling issues
- Able to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Adaptable and capable of managing challenges like delays or discrepancies
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
