Job description

Pharma Nord is a multinational company with a regional office in Zaventem near Brussels. We are searching for a versatile and proactive individual to help keep our office running smoothly. As our new Office Coordinator, you will handle a diverse set of responsibilities, including order processing, invoicing, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and providing professional customer service
  • Performing invoicing tasks and maintaining records
  • Assisting with various administrative duties, including meeting preparations, office supply management, and stock maintenance
  • Assisting the management in daily operations

Profile

  • Experience with office management tasks or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate must also have excellent communication skills and a strong commercial understanding.
