Key Account Manager - E-Commerce - Pharma
Job description
- Develop and Implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales.
- Maintain & Optimise strong and long-lasting relationships with the current e-commerce key accounts.
- Expand the relationships with new e-commerce key accounts.
- Act as a main point of contact for the e-commerce key accounts proposing wide range of products and solutions fitting with their needs and expectations.
- Conduct and ensure the good negotiations process with the e-commerce key customers.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements are aligned with the strategy of the company.
- Ensure all e-commerce activities are aligned with the company's brand strategy.
- Analyse online sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Report on e-commerce performance to the Sales Manager.
- Drive innovation in the company's e-commerce activities.
Profile
- A Master degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as Key Account Manager in Pharma, retails or FMCG.
- Experience or a strong affinity / interest for e-commerce is expected.
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent negotiations & communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French is mandatory.
- Proactive and dynamic with a strategical mindset.
