Job description
The responsibilities for this position as Inside Sales Associate are:
- generate leads and acquire new customers;
- build strong business relationships with customers;
- conduct promotional calls to introduce products and services, present appealing vehicles, and offer discounts;
- occasionally visit customers or attend industry events;
- contact and follow up with lost or inactive customers.
Profile
The required qualifications for the Inside Sales Associate position are:
- initial experience in customer service;
- excellent command of both Portuguese and English;
- strong commercial acumen;
- hands-on mentality with the ability to adapt quickly.
