- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide detailed product information to customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions.
- Maintain customer databases by updating account information.
- Follow company policies and procedures to manage customer interactions.
Profile
A successful Customer Service professional should have:
- An educational background in business or a related field.
- Knowledge (written and spoken) of German and French/English.
- Proven customer service experience within an Industrial / Manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult clients and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
