Job description
- You are responsible for a portfolio of clients and handle their requests via email and phone.
- You resolve complex cases (client incidents, complex requests, complaints, closure of loops) by addressing their issues quickly and efficiently.
- You collaborate with account managers to manage your portfolio of key accounts (client meetings, onboarding, incident management, client requests).
- You share client feedback internally to improve the way of working and identify possible improvements.
- You share client feedback with the training and quality department to enhance the first-call resolution and client satisfaction.
- You escalate to your supervisor and the customer service manager when incidents impact your account portfolio.
- You manage the onboarding process of new key clients and new products in collaboration with the sales, CX, and operations departments.
Profile
- You speak and write perfectly in both Dutch and French.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
- You have experience with larger accounts.
- You are customer-oriented and handle all requests with integrity.
- You possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
- You are motivated and results oriented.
