Job description
- Process and verify customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for timely fulfilment.
- Communicate order status and resolve customer inquiries.
- Track deliveries and ensure on-time shipments.
- Handle issues related to delayed, incorrect, or damaged orders.
Profile
- You have 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- You are fluent in English and at least one other European language.
- You have experience using SAP or another ERP system.
- You are detail-oriented, friendly, and customer-focused.
- You excel in multitasking and resolving problems efficiently.
- You take a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions.
