Job description


  • Handle Technical Claims: Efficiently manage and resolve claims via email and phone.

  • Troubleshoot Issues: Use your expertise to diagnose and address technical problems.

  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear, friendly contact with customers throughout the support process.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Service Manager and stay updated on production methods.

  • Support as Needed: Assist with Technical Customer Care visits and contribute as a reliable team player.

  • Technical Savvy: You have experience reading technical drawings and understanding electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Hands-On Experience: Your background as a service technician has honed your troubleshooting skills.
