Key Responsibilities:
? System Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of the e-commerce
platform, ERP system, and WMS from the ground up. Ensure seamless integration
between these systems to support company operations.
? Monitor and Manage System Integrations: Once the systems are in place, continuously
monitor data flow and integrations to identify and address discrepancies or issues
promptly.
? Hands-On Issue Resolution: Take a proactive, hands-on approach to diagnosing and
resolving technical issues affecting the functionality of the interconnected systems.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors when necessary, always aiming for
practical solutions.
? Process Optimization: Analyse new and existing workflows to identify areas for
improvement, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Take initiative in proposing and
implementing enhancements as the systems mature.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central coordinator, working with IT,
operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the successful integration of
systems and ongoing process improvements.
? Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout
the implementation process, including issues, resolutions, and process changes. Post-
implementation, continue to generate regular reports on system performance, providing
actionable insights.
? Training and Support: During and after the implementation phase, provide hands-on
training and support to internal teams on best practices for system use and integration
processes.
? Project Participation: Actively participate in cross-functional projects that involve
changes or upgrades to the e-commerce platform, ERP, or WMS, ensuring successful
integration throughout the system lifecycle.
 

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
? Proven experience in IT project management, system integration, or process
optimization, particularly within e-commerce, ERP, and WMS environments.
? Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle
Netsuite), and Warehouse Management Systems.
? Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and
resolving issues.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with
both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
? Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
