Senior Business Analyst
Functieomschrijving
Looking for a new international challenge? This company in Brussels is looking for experienced business analysts to aid in their operations. Be prepared to work with EU-institutions, conglomerates and other big players! You will be handling the following tasks:
- Prepare Business analysis report on the current state (as-is) processes and performance baseline of defined IT service operations.
- Prepare documentation to facilitate the problem-solving and decision-making exercise.
- Develop training/support material
- Develop and execute an internal communications plan with support material
- Use different sort of tools and frameworks such as: Java, JAX-WS (Java API for XML Web Services), Jenkins (ex-Hudson), Maven, Office, regression testing, SCRUM, Agile, Selenium IDE, Selenium Suite, GIT, System Test, SQL Developer for Oracle, Use Cases, whitebox testing, XML, XSLT, JIRA, Zeplin.
- Follow-up on deadlines
- Work with the IT Project Manager to review internal processes
- Conduct business analyses and develop implementation plan for improvements in collaboration with the project stakeholders
- Develop performance metrics and reports
- Provide technical expertise in with software such as Case Design and HTML Mockups
- Perform testing activities
- Day-to-day support the customers and the project team
Profiel
As a Senior Business Analyst it is important that you:
- Fluent in English, other European languages are bonus
- Prior experience in the above mentioned software
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of Business Analyst
