What will you be doing at Agristo? - Hunting, selecting, and convincing candidates is in your DNA. We entrust you with the vacancies for new Potatoholics at the Nazareth site. Together with Hiring Managers and Business Partners, you define the ideal candidate profile and guide the recruitment process.
- You interview candidates (both blue- and white-collar) and actively participate in the further stages of the application process, such as organizing trial days.
- You draft job postings and publish them on our website and other relevant job boards.
- Assessing candidates is part of our recruitment process. You stand firm and take on an advisory role towards our hiring managers.
- You know the staffing partner market inside out and work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to build sustainable relationships with all our external partners.
- You contribute fresh and creative ideas for initiatives (e.g., mailings, social media campaigns) to highlight our departments, attract candidates, and anticipate recruitment needs. In short, you oversee the entire flow, from finding candidates to onboarding happy employees.
- You manage candidates’ application files from A to Z, collaborating with colleagues and managers when necessary. Once a new employee joins, you ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up.
- You participate enthusiastically in events (job fairs, open days) to attract new talent.
- You are part of a close-knit HR team in Nazareth and collaborate with the talent acquisition team across our sites. You report to the HR Manager in Nazareth.
