We are looking for a Policy Assistant.
The ideal candidate will support the team in various tasks, including:
- Developing documents on EU policy across areas of interest
- Analyzing official EU documents, press releases, and news sources to extract relevant information
- Attending webinars, seminars, events, and lectures on EU policy and providing concise summaries
- Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and strategize around new policy developments and their potential impact on specific sectors or clients
- Assisting the communications team in creating press releases, op-eds, and position papers related to EU policy changes
- Working closely with our design team to ensure that all materials are visually compelling
- Attending client meetings as an observer, taking notes, and assisting with post-meeting follow-ups
- Addressing client queries related to EU policy under the guidance of a supervisor
- Participating in team brainstorming sessions and workshops
- Providing support to other departments as needed
The profile we are looking for:
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about EU policy and public affairs
- Fluency in English
- Master's degree in EU affairs or EU law
- Independent, organized, solution-oriented
- No experience is required for this position
