Aeris Technologies (aerissensors.com) is specialized in manufacturing state-of-the-art trace gas analyzers. Due to strong growth, we are expanding rapidly globally and in Europe specifically. For helping us, we are looking for an Office manager.
- Be the link between your colleagues, the director, clients and suppliers.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail and deliveries. Manage all logistic incoming and outgoing.
- Assist the Director with all administrative duties and paperwork.
- Manage supplies inventory and transfer orders to purchasing manager as necessary.
- Plan and book events and make sure everything is ordered in time.
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- OR 3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in other European languages being an advantage.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn is more important than prior experience.
- Ability to quickly master and understand all aspects of the business
- Open-minded and flexible.
