All-Round Office Coordinator
Functieomschrijving
As an All-Round Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient coordination across various functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Office Management: Overseeing daily office operations, supplies, and organization.
- Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of projects.
- Basic Bookkeeping & Invoicing: Handling invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial tasks.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Reception Duties: Welcoming clients and visitors, managing calls and correspondence.
- Assistant to the Manager: Supporting the CEO with administrative and operational tasks.
Profiel
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Good Knowledge of French and German is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in office management, project coordination, or similar roles is a plus.
