Digital and CRM Manager - Dermo-cosmetic (M/F/X)
Functieomschrijving
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing and CRM strategies.
- Optimize earned, owned, and paid media to strengthen brand visibility.
- Manage SEO, social media, email campaigns, and CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Lead B2B & B2C communication strategies, loyalty programs, and digital sales initiatives.
- Oversee digital PR, influencer collaborations, and event activations.
- Track KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure alignment across teams.
Profiel
Who We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset & leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in digital tools, campaign management, and market insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and e-commerce strategy is a plus.
- Perfect command of French, Dutch and English.
