- Providing administrative support to the legal department
- Assisting with research and preparation of legal documents
- Maintaining and updating case files
- Communicating with clients and colleagues on legal matters
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for legal staff
- Preparing legal correspondence and presentations

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures in the legal department
Profiel
A successful Legal Assistant should have:
- Prior administrative experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Great knowledge of English in combination with either Dutch or French
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- An understanding of legal terminology and principles
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to tasks
