- Welcome visitors
- Provide administrative support to the legal team
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team
Profiel
A successful Legal & Administrative Assistant should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a good command in French
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is desirable
