DHL Express is looking for a
HR Administrator / Business Support in Diegem, Belgium.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL? Administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies and current legislation. Support to develop and administer general administrative support plans and processes to effectively meet complex information requests and determine complex trends, ensure smooth running of business activities and meet administrative needs in line with business needs, stakeholder requirements, Group guidelines and policies.
- Administer defined and specific HR processes and policies such as talent management and sourcing, compensation & benefits, learning and development, employee and labor relations, employee communications, employment documentation and contract management, organizational design and change management
- Undertake a limited range of HR work, typically routine work requiring limited background research
- Focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR process and policies
- Recognize issues and trends related to HR processes and address the same as per guidelines, else escalate for resolution
- Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/regulations
- Execute general administrative support plans and processes for a department/ group of professionals
- Contribute to preparation of plans and deliver key board department and/ or cross divisional projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with staff members of the committees/ boards/ departments to prepare for the meetings
- Provide coordination support for meetings of the Group board of management, the supervisory board, steering committees and/or corresponding committees
- Take steps to achieve coordinated cooperation at the board department/ division/ Group at all levels
- Reconcile information, data and trends to formulate concept and content of complex decision papers and presentations
- Collate, analyze and put forward initial recommendations for key decisions
- Participate in development of process and quality standards in the relevant board/ department/ division
- Implement best practices, resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications in administrative support processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide interpretation at meetings or written translation of documents, or procure and oversee translations service provider
- Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area
- Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own sub-function
- Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge
