Head of IT

Main responsibilities
- Manage the IT team (12 staff) in charge of IT systems
- Establish and maintain appropriate IT governance frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Define, implement, and continually improve the company’s cybersecurity policy.
- Oversee and manage the organization’s IT budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities while mitigating risks.
- Assess, recommend, and negotiate IT investments, ensuring strong return on investment (ROI)
- Translate business requirements into IT projects or tenders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, such as ISO, GMP, J-SOX, and others
Profiel
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT with a strong and significant experience as a Head of IT
- Inspirational leader with a proven ability to lead, challenge, and motivate teams with both passion and empathy
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both French and English, with the ability to effectively engage non-technical audiences.
- Experienced IT professional with deep expertise in MS environments (workstations, servers, PowerShell, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office Suite…) as well as virtualization and backup solutions (VMWare, Veeam). Familiarity with SAP (S/4) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and proficiency with the Visual Studio programming environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business IT.
