Freelance Quality Engineer

- Ensuring product standards are met and continuously improved upon.
- Designing and implementing quality procedures.
- Contributing to the development of new products and processes.
- Providing technical support to the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
- Conducting quality assessments and audits.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement.
- Leading root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for product issues.
- Complying with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
Profiel
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulations (6 Sigma, 8D problem solving, etc.)
- Excellent analitical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 & 14001 environments
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and other relevant tools
