Team/division description: The Product Strategy and Marketing Division develops the strategy and leads the planning of new Toyota models with the target to deliver the best product for European markets while ensuring achievement of our business objectives.
Your main role is to handle:
- Agenda, Mailbox, Expense & Travel Management: Manage schedules, emails, expenses, and travel arrangements for VP and Director levels.
- Travel & Expense Management: Handle travel and expense management for team Head‘s.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage meeting rooms, group calendars, and guests.
- Processing PR/PO in Oracle: Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase requisitions and orders when nessacary.
- Organization of Group's Off-site Meetings: Coordinate logistics for off-site meetings, including hotels, catering, venues, and registration processes.
- Support on PowerPoint Presentations and Mailings: Assist with creating presentations and managing mailings.
- Event Organization: Plan and organize yearly Christmas parties and teambuilding activities.
- Onboarding Facilitation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new members, including desk setup and IT tools.
- Maintenance of Group's Mailing Lists and Org Charts: Keep mailing groups and organizational charts up-to-date.
- Japan Business Trip Management: Support the management of business trips organisation to Japan (a few times a year).
- Ad-hoc Requests: Handle ad-hoc requests from team members.
