As a Event Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating and executing various events.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align event strategies.
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers for event materials.
- Ensuring all events are executed within the set budget.
- Managing all the logistics throughout the duration of the event.
- Resolving event-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Creating post-event evaluation reports.
Profiel
A successful Event Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Event, Communication, or a related field.
- A perfect command of French and English.
- A minimum of one year experience in the events, within the Luxury is a big plus.
- Strong organizational, planning and communication skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
- The ability to work in an high pace environment.
