What are you going to do ? The customer service manager is responsible for leading and managing the customer service department, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. This role involves overseeing various teams of customer service representatives in multiple commercial offices, developing policies and procedures, and continuously looking to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Secure high level customer service by efficient organization and working of the customer care team; monitor closely workload, bottlenecks, backup positions, …. Pro-actively looking for solutions
- Continuously looking for process / procedures improvement
- Secure close internal coordination and cooperation with and between regional customer care team leaders
- Contribute to training and development of the team
- Secure with effective liaison, support and assistance between customer services department and rest of organization (operations, regulatory, marketing, ….)
- Use CRM (Sales force) system to manage the functions of receiving, analyzing, resolving and documenting customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with the organization’s requirements
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards in close alignment with corporate values and policies
- Maintain and improve mechanisms for surveying and measuring customer satisfaction and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
- Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met
- Handles ‘change’ in a positive way
Profiel
- Proven working experience of min. 10yrs as a customer service manager
- Strong people manager with experience in logistic environment
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience with SAP 4/HANA is a big plus
- Experience with Sales Force is a big plus
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English and preferably in Spanish
- Needs to be able to travel (10%)
