For this Operations coordinator position (M/F/X), your responsibilities will include:

• ensures excellent confirm to invoice process, responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction;
• prepares special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information;
• finalizes income and revenue on shipments;
• supervises and monitors shipments, charges and AWB costs;
• executes a confirm to invoice process;
• checks AWB costs invoices and Updating the system accordantly;
• controls customer's requests regarding any change in income/costs while informing the sales team or commercial manager;
• follows department procedures, guidelines, and policies;
• supervises and manages the controllers' team including tasks and duties;
• maintains controllers' team job results by coaching and disciplining employees;
• planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

For this Operations coordinator position (M/F/X), you have the following qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in International Trade or Logistics;
• proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of another language is an asset;
• strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• familiarity with ERP/ CRM systems and practices;
• strong ability to pay attention to details, concentration, and accuracy;
• ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• excellent teamwork skills;
• open minded and willing to learn;
