B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPERWe are seeking a dynamic B2B Business Developer to manage and expand our business customer portfolio, reporting directly to the B2B Manager. The ideal candidate will focus on cultivating relationships, securing new deals, and streamlining sales processes, ensuring exceptional service aligned with our premium brand.Who is a Neuhaus B2B customer? Think about large companies gifting delicious Neuhaus pralines for Christmas to their employees, or 5-star hotels leaving a premium chocolate on their guest’s bed, or a private bank offering Neuhaus pralines to their clients.Your key responsibilities include managing the Neuhaus B2B customers, improving sales processes and coordinating execution. The ideal candidate will help us accelerate the small and medium business segment, a segment that requires standardisation of deals and increased efficiency through automation.
- Manage and nurture B2B customers: cultivate existing relationships and secure new deals, focusing on key seasonal opportunities such as Christmas, Easter, and Saint Nicholas.
- Expand market presence: actively seek new B2B customers, targeting sectors such as hotels, banks, and deli stores.
- Deliver exceptional service: ensure our B2B customers receive unparalleled service, reflecting the Neuhaus premium brand and exceeding their expectations.
- Coordinate with our atelier: collaborate closely with the chocolate atelier team to ensure seamless execution of deals, considering praline capacities and timelines. Meticulously plan and manage deals from inception to completion.
- Innovate the B2B business: develop and conceptualize the B2B product catalogue, tailoring it to customer needs and market trends. Adapt the Neuhaus product range, create beautiful packaging, and set appropriate pricing for the products.
