As an administrative Assistant you will focus on administrative, data analysis and financial tasks. You will also liaise with Kontoor's sourcing and quality associates in Europe, Asia and the US, Kontoor's finance associates and personnel of external suppliers and 3rd party vendors. Your responsibilities as our Administrative Assistant; Support the sourcing and quality department:
- Cost Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze costs related to vendor compliance and quality claims;
- Claims Management: Handle and track claims deductions and agreements with vendors;
- Inventory and Invoice Management: Oversee raw material liabilities and ensure accurate invoicing;
- Vendor Relations: Validate vendor invoices and address payment inquiries:
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and update vendor manuals and other relevant documentation:
- Cost Optimization: Analyze courier and logistics costs to identify savings opportunities;
- Quality Control: Review and report on quality checks and returns;
- Expense Report support: Verify and organize physical receipts of expense reports.
- Back-up for other administrative assistant colleagues;
- Support on ad hoc projects;
Profiel
- Completed Secondary or Vocational education;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills are a must;
- You are an accurate worker and have attention to details;
